FLYING PAN AM

In a time when we hear nothing but complaints about
lack of service by the airline industry, Pan Am is
trying to change that by putting its passengers first.
Here are some of the many compliments Pan Am
receives

"I flew to Orlando for the Thanksgiving weekend. In
short, it was awesome! That service is amazing. I have
told a number of people about it and it is amazing how
few people know the service is available."

Sanford, FL on Nov 12, 1999, and back to Portsmouth on
Nov 21, 1999. We had a family emergency in Daytona where
my mother and father live. My father had to have triple
bypass surgery and we only had a 24 hr notice. After

was $500.00 or more, because we could not give advanced
notice, my sister and I would not be able to be there for
my father's surgery. My wife mentioned that Pan Am was
flying out of Pease and we live in Belmont, NH, only 1 hr

recovery. I can't say thank you enough to Pan Am for the
superior service we had to and from, and I will now only
fly Pan Am when we are going to FL."

flights servicing Orlando and Gary. I was reminded of the
early days of commercial air travel, when words like
'glamour, service, and civility' could be used in
connection with interstate travel. We decided to support
Pan Am's brave new effort and could not have been more
pleased with our decision. The promises of the "Clipper
Class", warm meals, and leg room were kept; the
professionalism of the attendants was exemplary. The
headline in one of the Chicago daily newspapers stated
"O'Hare Parking to Increase by 16%". We parked
for free, within sixty yards of the terminal. Now we must
all try to support Pan Am and the Gary/Chicago Airport.
Let's keep this wonderful improvement in Northwest
Indiana going! Take those kids to Disney or to visit
their grandparents. See where the colonists dumped all
that tea in Boston Harbor! Keep Pan Am flying out of Gary!"

Your sweet rolls and pretzels are just right. Different
and very nice. Your pilots are smooth and they talk to us
about where we are flying over. We love that! The legroom
is awesome. We will surely fly more often because of and

flight from Sanford to Pease, and the return. My son and
I went up for Christmas. I couldn't believe how easy it

Coming back it was about zero when we left there. Arrival
in Sanford and it was 60 degrees. I said, not bad, from
zero to sixty in three hours. He said it sounded like a
commercial.
We are from that area, South Berwick, ME, and now live
here. Had a death in the family (here) and quite a few

family flew Pan Am to Sanford on 12/10/99 out of the
Chicago/Gary Airport. We flew back on 12/17/99. After
using Midway and O'Hare, this was an absolute pleasure.
There were six people in our family/group. They were
granpa and grandma, our daughter and her husband, and two
of our grandchildren.
The convenience at the airport was excellent; the crews
on the airplanes were wonderful. I have names of the 12/17/99
flight crew - Caroline Wojtas, Debra Cui, Joan Morin, and
John Freudenberger. They were so gracious to us in every
way; they sure know their stuff, real pros!
